Sony Will Buy Shares in Ericsson Business Mobile Sony-Ericsson

Since 2001, the two giant companies Sony and Ericsson merged into a joint-venture business, (50-50) in the name of Sony-Ericsson, which runs the business mobile phone factory.

Both are recorded can be one of the world's largest mobile phone vendor. And, until now even Sony-Ericsson has a loyal customer, who is always looking for mobile products creation.

Now, according to a report from the Wall Street Journal, that Sony Corp. is finalizing negotiations with Telefon AB LMEricsson, to purchase all shares of Ericsson, who later Sony became the primary shareholder of the company's Sony-Ericsson.

Sony's goal is nothing but want to consolidate the sector R & D and manufacturing its mobile devices, like mobile phones, tablets, game consoles and portable PCs for more efficient and cost effective. Also, to enhance the development work.

If true Sony Corp. will become the primary shareholder, it is possible Sony will be the main trademarks. This is mainly for the market, where brands Sony feels more 'sell'. For the sequel, we wait for news of future developments.
