Review: Motorola RAZR MAXX, Thin No Longer Battery Life Great

The ranks of the Motorola RAZR series known as the thin body design. Beginning of the RAZR V3, super-slim phone, which was beautiful but strong success in 2004, to the RAZR XT910 which appears in the range in February this year and while it claims to be the thinnest phone. Now Motorola RAZR MAXX bring back, which favor different sides than before.Motorola equip this phone with extra large capacity battery power and still trying to maintain a thin body, though not as thin as the previous generation.

Design
Dimensions: 130.7 x 68.9 x 9 mm, 145 grams; full touchscreen; material KEVLAR ® fiber; mini HDMI port, microUSB port, 3.5 mm audio port; button power / lock, volume rocker; hole mic; microSD and SIM card slot (round phones from the top), 4 haptic buttons below the display (menu, home, back and search)
Broadly speaking, RAZR MAXX uses approximately 90% of the design is similar to that of its predecessor the Motorola RAZR. The difference in both the thickness of both the trail less than 2mm. RAZR MAXX is also relatively flat on the back, not as prominent in the area RAZR camera.

Like the RAZR, Motorola also claims The RAZR MAXX withstand knocks and scrapes. The phone also uses the same ingredients as before, KEVLAR fiber. Organic material believed to five times stronger than steel. To protect against shock, PCB protected metal bones and all the components that are in the surrounding laminated into one whole piece or better known as the unibody.

Display

The touch screen Super AMOLED Advanced capacitive, 16 million colors, 540 x 960 pixels, 4.3 inches (~ 256 ppi pixel density), multi-touch; scratch-resistant glass Gorilla Glass

Still the same as the previous RAZR, RAZR MAXX also use the screen to type, resolution and size. When compared with the dimensions of body, 4.3-inch screen size belonging RAZR MAXX seem small, probably because the margin on the right-left and upper part of the phone is also greater than the output of new superphone. PULSE think it would be disproportionate if Motorola uses the screen with a slightly larger size such as 4.5 inches.

Panel Super AMOLED screen is known to have the characteristics of a good depth of black color with a very nice contrast quality. However, if compared with HD resolution screen that is widely used hi-end phones, the RAZR MAXX screen brightness certainly inferior.
