Sources at TechRadar says, if this rumor turns out true, realistic images on a map made by C3 models will likely make an appearance at Apple's IOS Maps, rather than continue to rely on Google Maps application.
C3 mapping techniques are reported using a camera mounted on a plane to capture details of landscape, ranging from skyscrapers to small objects such as shrubs. Landscape is very accurate it then woven with traditional 2D maps such as satellite images and the photographic style of Street-View.
It could be the presence of a highly detailed map with incredible graphics quality artificial C3 Technologies landed on the next IOS operating system. Like Apple, which acquired Siri secretly in early 2010, which is currently used as a feature of 'killer' on the iPhone 4S. (Ozi)
