In Turkey, the BlackBerry Bold 9900 So Ready 'Mobile Wallet'

Working closely with Turkcell, one of the operators in Turkey, RIM plans to launch a mobile payment system NFC (Near Field Communication).

Quoted PULSAonline via Electronista, application known as a mobile wallet that will be available on the BlackBerry Bold 9900 smartphone aka Dakota.

With that application, the user will blakcberry Dakota in Turkey can make payments by simply bring the device into a tool called MasterCard PayPass reader.

Apart from Turkey, RIM also confirmed that it will launch NFC payments via in Spain by cooperating with leading operators in there, namely Telefonica. Mobile payment application was also reported to have undergone an update, the functionality was already added.
