Write News 'Negative', New York Times RIM Surati

On Tuesday (16/10), the media celebrated New York Times published an article about the many BlackBerry owners who feel embarrassed to be seen in public carrying a BlackBerry device. Call was Rachel Crosby, who worked as the sales staff at the company, which revealed how he hid his BlackBerry under the Apple iPad so that clients will not see the phone device.

Three years ago, RIM (Research In Motion) is controlled 40% of the U.S. smartphone market, and has now dropped to 8%. BlackBerry maker company reportedly lost 753 million USD in the first half of 2012. In fact, in the same period in the previous year (2011) RIM earned a profit of 1 billion USD.

The Times even had noted some business away from the BlackBerry. Though formerly a business with RIM is promising. As we know Yahoo's new CEO, Marissa Mayer giving free gifts to employees in the form of the Apple iPhone or Android, Blackberry replacement. Fortunately for RIM, BlackBerry is still very popular and diharga in India and Africa.

Responding to the article, the CEO of RIM, Thorsten Heins sent a letter to the Editor New York Times. RIM has stated that the article was not appropriate, and Heins reminded the Times that RIM still has 80 million active subscribers and many BlackBerry owners are proud to have it. Heins suggests that 90% of the Fortune 500 (ranked successful businessman) as customers remain loyal. Later, BlackBerry 10 will become a mainstay in the first quarter of 2013, where the fans are looking forward to BlackBerry.
